Appointments
Housecall policy
The doctor works exclusively with appointments. No walk-ins will be accepted.
You can make an online appointment through the button below. If no slots are available and you should be seen urgently by the doctor on the same day, please call 02 486 52 85.
No video consultations.
The doctor does not do housecalls. Exceptions are made strictly for the practice patients living in the vicinity and in case of emergency or mobility problems. Immediate availability is not always guaranteed.
A physical consultation in the practice is always better and of a higher quality, as the doctor is better equipped.
For urgent problems that require immediate attention or life threatening health situations, please contact 112 or present yourself to a hospital emergency room.
03
Double appointments
The duration of one single slot consultation allows the discussion of maximum two main questions/problems or a few smaller ones. If you have more questions or you think that you may need more time with the doctor please make a double appointment or spread your questions between different appointments at different days.
For gynecological examination, insurance and/or annual check-ups (EU, NATO etc.) please always make a double appointment.
For the discussion of mental problems, a double appointment is also strongly advised.

eID and Global Medical File (GMF)
Please always have your Belgian eID or residence (A/E) card with you. If you don't have either, please bring an identity card or passport of your country of origin.
Ask the doctor to register your Global Medical File with him, if you wish so. This gives the chance to the doctor to follow you up better, keep a file of all your medical examinations, visits to specialists and lab results. For patients with a Belgian Insurance, this also entails a slightly higher reimbursement of the consultation fees.
